It was a cold winter’s night in December 2024 when new flatmates Dylan and Demitri ventured to IKEA to furnish their place.
After stopping to indulge in Swedish meatballs, Dylan’s brain went into overdrive.. ‘why has no-one built a food concept around gravy’ .
Demitri for some reason fell off his chair, then screeched 'By Jove!' he began reeling off unique flavours and exciting ideas — and that conversation was the moment Different Gravy was born.
Today, Different Gravy is on a mission to disrupt and elevate the gravy space, priding ourselves on bringing bold and unique flavours to tables across the country — opening eyes to just how tasty life can be.
